1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including tags, labels, and any included accessories.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom or personalized products, intimate items, and perishable goods.

3. Process for Returns
To start a return, please contact us at admin@holora.xyz with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • A reason for the return
    Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or shipping error on our part. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure your returned items are safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item (or another item), please contact us at admin@holora.xyz. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure your new order is processed as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photos of the damage or defect to assist in processing your claim.

8. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Some products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Final sale items or clearance items
