    • Important: Please use your booking reference number as the payment reference to ensure we can match your payment.
  • PayPal:

    • Please mention your booking reference or wedding details in the payment notes for easy identification.

3. Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is required to confirm your booking. This deposit must be paid within [X] days of booking.

5. Terms & Conditions

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (subject to our cancellation policy).
  • Any outstanding balances not paid by the specified due date will be subject to a late fee of [X%] per week.
